Why another blog?

It’s mostly a way to organize and clarify my thoughts, get some feedback and share something (hopefully meaningful) with the startup world. Writing and debating are always good ways to clarify and/or change your perspective.

Whats the focus / point?

Anything that I come across in the startup world – from business to pure code – that I find interesting and think has some lasting value.

I’ll leave *most* of the personal stuff out and focus on the tech industry – specifically internet related.

What does the name mean?

No great story here: I like the thought of growing ideas into a plan and then executing them. A hack is a creative solution to a computer problem; and sushi, well, it’s raw – so basically “raw startup problem solving.”

So here’s to this one man launch party; I’ll raise my Guinness, you raise whatever, and we’ll see where this leads.
